Installation and troubleshooting

What if a connector does not fit an overseas machine?

For export orders, provide the machine model and country or regional version in advance so connector specifications can be checked. If a connector does not fit after delivery, share the model and connector photos with sales or technical support to confirm suitable parts or a solution.

What if I need help installing a product?

Contact sales for the installation video, precautions and carrier-initialization instructions for your model. If more help is needed, video guidance from an engineer can be arranged. Provide the machine model and purchased part details first.

Can you repair a product from another supplier?

Repair service is not offered for products from other suppliers. Their configurations and tooling may not match. Please contact the original supplier.

Must I remove the toner cartridge for carrier initialization?

It depends on the model instructions. For example, Xerox 1810 initialization is performed without the toner cartridge, which is fitted afterward; Ricoh 3554 requires the toner cartridge to be fitted. Do not apply one model’s procedure to another.

Does a machine error always mean the consumable is faulty?

No. Compatibility, installation and wear in machine components may all be involved. Record the model, error code and what happened before and after the error, then contact technical support. An error alone does not establish the cause or the part to replace.

How can an online seller get support without in-house technicians?

The technical team can coordinate directly with the end user and provide one-to-one video guidance. Ask sales to arrange technical support and the appropriate contact details.

Can I adjust the Xerox 2020 fuser temperature?

This model does not support direct fuser-temperature adjustment. Select the appropriate paper mode for the paper thickness when printing.

Does your Ricoh 3554 fuser include a reset fuse?

The Ricoh 3554 fuser includes a reset fuse and resets automatically after installation. First confirm that the purchased version has this configuration.

What should I check for Xerox S2011 fuser error 010-311?

First verify the fuser assembly model and whether the wrong version was ordered or delivered. Share the machine model, fuser label and error code with technical support for further checking.

Can I fit only your upper roller to a film-type Ricoh 3054/6054 fuser?

No. In the roller-type assembly, the lower roller and heating lamp are designed to match the upper roller. That replacement upper roller is intended for maintenance of an already purchased matching roller-type fuser, not for converting a film-type assembly by itself.

What should I check if an HP 257 drum prints blurred output?

Compare whether the old drum shows the same blur. If it does, the machine, including its laser assembly, needs further checking. If the old drum prints normally, first check the new drum seating and consult technical support. Blur alone does not prove a specific fault or rule out a product defect.

What if a newly installed Canon G67 drum prints too dark?

If a newly installed Canon G67 drum prints too dark, run two color-calibration cycles following the model instructions. Contact sales for the calibration video. If the issue remains, contact technical support for further checks.

What if a Xerox 2020 reports low toner after developer installation?

The possibilities include uneven toner distribution in the developer or incompatible toner. This model uses toner detection at the transfer belt. Check the toner and installation procedure, and ask technical support whether toner redistribution or compatible toner is needed.

What if a Canon 2630 prints poorly with a 50/51 OPC drum?

The Canon 2630 is sensitive to consumable compatibility, and a 50/51 OPC drum may not be suitable. Choose a dedicated 2630-compatible OPC drum. This OPC drum is also compatible with 2520; confirm the exact version when ordering.

What if a Konica Minolta C226 does not recognize mixed color drum units?

Each color drum must match its corresponding chip. Check the correct unit for each color and do not mix them. Ask technical support to confirm the appropriate drum and chip versions.

What if a Canon 3320 fuses poorly with an FX209 fuser?

The Canon 3320 uses the FX202 fuser. FX209 heating parameters do not match the 3320. Check the delivered model and contact technical support to confirm the correct replacement version.

Can I mix Canon G87 and G67 toner?

Do not mix toner merely because developer units may be interchangeable. Use the dedicated toner for G87 or G67. Mixing can cause uneven color, leaks, carrier accumulation, incorrect detection, or damage to the developer or OPC drum.

What should I check after an error installing a Ricoh 2701 drum?

Check whether the drum connector is properly connected and whether the chip is intended for the Ricoh 2701. Share the actual error code with technical support for further diagnosis.

What should I check for repeated jams after fitting a Xerox 1810 fuser?

Incorrect seating and unsuitable toner can cause paper jams. Follow the Xerox 1810 installation instructions to check fuser seating and confirm the toner specification. If the problem continues, contact technical support.

What should I check for ghosting after replacing a Konica Minolta 184 drum?

Check that the OPC drum is seated securely, and have a technician inspect the transfer roller assembly for wear. If wear is confirmed, address the worn assembly before replacing the drum.

How should I report noise or suspected machine damage after drum installation?

Provide the machine and drum models, a video of the abnormal behavior and the on-site technician’s observations. Contact support for investigation. The cause and remedy need verification; a product defect cannot be ruled out and compensation cannot be promised before assessment.

What should be checked for deep scratches at both ends of a Konica Minolta 184 OPC drum?

Have a technician inspect the white supports at both ends of the transfer roller for wear. If wear is confirmed, address the transfer roller assembly before deciding to replace the OPC drum, to avoid repeat damage. Scratches alone do not rule out a drum-unit defect.

What should be checked if a Konica Minolta 184 OPC drum wears severely after 10,000–20,000 pages?

Inspect both ends of the transfer roller assembly for wear. Wear may occur there after roughly 100,000–150,000 machine pages; inspect the actual condition. If wear is confirmed, address the transfer assembly before replacing the OPC drum.

What if a Kyocera 170 component looks different and will not fit?

First verify whether the received part is a drum unit or a developer assembly; they are different components. Provide the machine model and part photos and request the appropriate drum installation video. Do not force installation based only on appearance.

How should gray background on a Xerox 1810 be investigated?

Check whether toner was recently changed and whether it is compatible. For the specific case of incompatible replacement toner, follow this order: remove the cartridge, print black pages until the low-toner indication, initialize the carrier, then refit the cartridge. Technical support should first confirm this condition and guide the procedure. It is not a remedy for every gray-background fault.

How should gray background after changing Konica Minolta 184 toner be investigated?

First establish whether the old and new toner are incompatible. For that confirmed condition, follow this order: remove the cartridge, print black pages until the low-toner indication, initialize the carrier, then refit the cartridge. Ask technical support to confirm applicability and guide the procedure. Do not apply it to all gray-background faults.

What should be checked for toner sticking to a Xerox 2110 fuser roller?

Check compatibility between the toner and this fuser. Ask technical support to assess sample prints and machine conditions to distinguish toner compatibility from a fuser fault.

Should I immediately replace the fuser if toner does not bond properly?

First check whether toner or other consumables were recently changed. If the problem followed a toner change, check toner compatibility first. If it arose without a consumable change, investigate the fusing system.

What should be checked for gray background after fitting a 2020 charge roller to a Xerox 1810?

Consider checking toner compatibility and carrier initialization. Confirm the exact models and installation conditions, then ask technical support whether compatible toner or the model-specific initialization procedure is needed. A charge-roller problem cannot be ruled out without checking.

How can I confirm warranty or return handling?

Warranty and return handling depend on the order terms, region, page count and product condition. For domestic returns, opening, use and resale condition need checking. For overseas orders, the issue must be assessed before deciding on a refund or replacement shipment. Provide proof of purchase, the model and issue details to support.

Do I need to load carrier into a Konica Minolta 184 drum assembly?

The upgraded version has carrier preloaded at the factory and an anti-leak seal, so manual carrier loading is not needed. First confirm that you received this version, then follow its supplied installation instructions.

Does adding more carrier improve print quality?

No. Carrier quantity must match the specific developer. Too much or too little can affect toner transfer and cause blurred output or gray background. Follow that model’s specified fill quantity and installation instructions; do not add extra carrier on your own.
